Windproof net, also known as windproof dustproof wall, windproof wall or windproof wall, is a structure mainly used for windproof and dustproof. Its main body part is usually composed of steel structures, and its main materials include low carbon steel plates, galvanized plates, color coated steel plates, aluminum-magnesium alloy plates and stainless steel plates.
The surface treatment of the windproof net is made of electrostatic powder spray, which can enhance its corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The application scenarios of windproof network are very wide, mainly including the following aspects:
• Coal storage yards in coal mines, coking plants, power plants, and other enterprises—for wind and dust control.
• Ports, terminal coal storage yards, and various material stockyards—for dust suppression.
• Open-air yards in enterprises such as steel, building materials, and cement plants—to control dust dispersion.
• Agricultural areas—to protect crops from wind and dust during sandy weather.
• Railways, highway coal storage yards, construction sites, roadside dust zones, and both sides of highways.
The dust suppression effect of a single-layer wind and dust suppression wall can reach 60 to 75%, while the dust suppression effect of a double-layer wind and dust suppression wall can reach more than 80%.
